So, we’ve got a quick and easy strawberry and banana smoothie recipe for you… We’ve made it a few times - mostly at uni (when we try to be healthy or at least act it hehe).

Our only ingredients are all fruits, but you can change it up and add veg, or anything you like… be adventurous!
The amount of fruit, or whatever you use, is entirely up to you.. If the strawberries are sweet we usually go for a 60-40 ratio (in favour of the strawberries), but if not, 50-50.

Firstly, put your bananas and strawberries in a blender and blend! We know… that easy? Yep, simples!
We usually blend for 3 to 4 minutes and sometimes add a squeeze of lemon (or lime) to give it that extra kick!
A healthy (it’s got no added sugar!) and a more delicious way to get your 5-a-day..
